Shipping & Delivery Policy

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their purchases promptly and securely. Here are the details of our shipping and delivery processes:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders $200 or more.
- Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. The choice of carrier will be determined based on the type of product and destination. Delivery estimates will vary based on your chosen shipping method and your location. While we strive to provide accurate delivery times, they are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Nurit Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
Nurit Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently ship to select countries outside of USA. The availability of our international shipping destinations can be found at the checkout page.
